Demonstration Plant Progress

Fabrication is completed for the majority of equipment packages for our Stage 1 Demonstration Plant, ready for installation with a majority of equipment already receipted on site. Take a closer look at some of the fabrication progress pictures Mincore engineers have received last month from our suppliers for the SCM Conveyor (fabricated locally) and Acid Area Scrubber.

Fabrication by Major Furnace for our Reduction Furnace is ready for installation on Site. Our onsite engineers have worked closely with the supplier over the last few months to ensure major fabrication is completed as per the design engineered.

Thanks SCF for these Dangerous Goods (DG) Containers and ISO Tankers Gen 2 that will be used on site to store reagents, Ferrosilicon and Quicklime.

Magnesium News

Australia and the United States have collaborated to establish a Climate, Critical Minerals, and Clean Energy Transformation Compact to promote climate and clean energy action at home and abroad. 

The Compact emphasises the importance of critical minerals in the clean energy transformation and has established a ministerial-level task force to enable reliable, responsible, and secure global access to these minerals.

LMG Projects help the supply chain of magnesium, a critical metal, needed for the new clean energy economy.
